us online. This will be especially helpful for late requisitions
and for reorders. We expect the schools will check the availability
of titles on our web site and then simply place those researched
titles into a shopping cart for instant ordering.

Your
order will automatically be shipped according to the freight
instructions we have on file for your account. Any special
instructions or promotional codes should be indicated under
"Special Instructions". For deferred shipments
only, indicate a shipping date in the space provided. For
deferred billing, indicate a billing date in the space provided.

How
do I know that I will be invoiced at Net Price for my online
order?
All
schools automatically receive net price regardless of the
order method.

Yes.
You will receive an initial email message confirming your
order and notification of any backorders with availability
dates when available. The shipment confirmation number will
be sent by email when the order ships. If any restrictions
would cause an item to cancel (rights restrictions, substitutions
and out-of-prints), a warning message will show in the shopping
cart and the item will be removed before you place your
order.

The
title research and the online ordering functions will show
you price and availability. The in-stock date for any "not
yet published" titles and "out-of-stock"
titles will appear if available.

Normally orders are delivered within 7 to
10 business days. The turn-around time is the same no matter
how you place your order (online, mail, phone or fax).
